The original Zassenhaus conical burr grinder, machined from high grade tool steel, guarantees to produce a proper grind, suitable for any coffee brewing system. For operation, simply pour beans into the top compartment and move the adjustment nut clockwise for a coarser grind, or counterclockwise for a finer grind. The step-less adjustment guarantees a consistent uniform grind, with the least possible heat build-up, to protect the most delicate flavors of gourmet coffee.
