Handle-It Glass Bottom Springform Pan

“This is the best springform pan! I have made 3 cheesecakes so far without any issues.  The thing I love most about the pan is that the glass bottom does not have a lip so when you cut the cake for serving the cake comes out clean.  The glass bottom also makes it easy to judge browning of the crust.  The handles are great too; it makes it easy to grab using pot holders.”

“The 23ox. capacity is just right for us. The double wall construction works fantastic and if properly preheated it will deliver a very hot cup of tea more than an hour after the first one.  The handle stays cool throughout the process. Construction is first rate. You will not need a napkin anymore to catch the drips after pouring because there are none.  The large lid, which is also double wall construction, makes access to the inside easy and has a nice ring to remove it easily from the pot.  The polished finish on the outside of it give it a very attractive appearance as well.”
